1) All designs created by Picka Design
are the intellectual property of Picka
Design unless paid for in full by the
client. Until that time of full payment,
Picka Design reserves all claims to the
design. Upon full payment, Picka Design
transfers full ownership of the design
to the client.
2) All clients can choose *not* to have
their design listed in our portfolio. By
default Picka Design selects designs to
be listed in the portfolio aspect of
their website. Only clients who have
stated they would rather not have their
design listed will be assured of a
non-listing within our portfolio site.
3) By default Picka Design places a
small text link at the bottom of each
website designed stating "Designed
by Picka Design" with a link to our
website. If a client wishes this to be
removed, he can simply request it or
remove it themselves. It is not required
to have the link placed on the page, but
we do greatly appreciate it, and by
keeping it you can be entitled to
discounted rates on future business.
4) Picka Design always works on a 50%
deposit system. To ensure you are truly
serious about having us design your
project, we do require a 50% deposit of
the project fee. Upon completion of your
project, the final 50% is due. Please
take note, no work will begin until the
deposit has been received. We accept
Paypal, Credit Cards, Check & Money
Order. If needed we do accept Western
Union payments as well.
5) We do our utmost best to ensure the
client is always satisfied, but there
are times when a client can be
unreasonable with requests, therefore
there has to be a limit set to the
number of revisions, that can be
received. This limit is currently set to
three. What this limit means is that a
client can request up to *three*
revisions based on the project
specifications. A revision is considered
an *email* with a list of changes. It is
in the best interest of the client to
list all proposed revisions in the very
first email if possible to ensure swift
completion of their project. It is also
important for client to give clear
guidelines with their product specs.6)
Upon completion of the project the final
50% payment is due. Files are not
released until the project is paid in
full, therefore please ensure you have
funds available when the project
completion date draws near.
